Where can I take the PartyBox® trailer?

PartyBox® trailers are designed for local hire where any other standard trailer or standard car will go.

Are the trailers insured?

Yes, All our PartyBox® trailers are insured for normal use on a sealed road only. In case of an accident, an excess would apply and is payable by the hirer. Drivers of the tow vehicle must be over 21 years with a current Australian license.

Is maintenance required during my hire?

No, Not on normal daily, weekly or weekend hire, for longer term hire simple maintenance may be required like brake light bulb change, Other than that, there should be no need for any maintenance.

Do I need to supply my own gas bottle?

You Can if you do not want to purchase the used of ours, however any damage done to our equipment due to a faulty gas bottle you supplied will be charged to your account.

If I hire the generator in addition to the PartyBox® or PartyBox® Party trailer, does it come with fuel?

The generator will be supplied full of fuel, any additional fuel required is up to the hirer to supply and pay for.

Are BBQ tools supplied?

Yes, Standard BBQ tools are supplied, including all tools required to use the spit roast.

Do I need food containers?

Yes, Sealable containers are recommended for food storage.

Does the trailer come with a spare wheel?

Yes, a spare wheel in good condition comes with the trailer hire. However, no wheel brace or jack is supplied. These tools are the responsibility of the hirer.

Are the storage doors lockable?

Yes, the storage compartment has lockable handles and a key is supplied. Lost keys will be charged at $10.00 each.

Do the trailer plugs fit any vehicle?

No, the trailer has a fitted 7 pin plug, however adaptors will be supplied at no charge if returned in good condition.

Can I extend the hire period during my hire?

You must advise PartyBox® Trailer Hire if whilst on hire you want to extend the hire period, approval must be given by PartyBox® Trailer Hire, in most cases this should not be a problem but is based on future demand and availability.
